The Vicarage is a residential home in Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port providing care and accommodation for up to five adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. Residents receive 24-hour support from staff, with each person having their own bedroom and access to shared communal areas. At the time of inspection, all five places were occupied.

The management and staff team actively supported residents and their relatives to understand policies and procedures around COVID-19 protection, isolation processes, and how the service could help keep people safe.
