The Rosary Nursing Home

The Rosary Nursing Home provides accommodation with nursing and personal care for up to 102 people, across two buildings, one for people needing nursing care and one for people living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 71 people were living there.

The CQC rated the home good overall. People and relatives said there were enough staff and most felt safe, with staff confident in recognising and reporting abuse. Risks were generally well managed, though some risk assessments and care plans needed more detail.

Feedback on food was mixed, but people were supported with healthcare needs, and staff described the management team as visible, supportive and approachable.
