Casa di Lusso is a care home providing personal and nursing care to older people, including those with clinical needs met by registered nurses. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a strong culture of learning under a dedicated registered manager and deputy manager, safe medicines management, thorough recruitment, and well-maintained premises.

Since a change of provider, some staff raised concerns about reduced housekeeping and night staffing, and inconsistent practice around mental capacity and best interest decisions was identified for improvement. People and relatives generally felt safe and well cared for, though some reported boredom from limited activities. Improvement plans were in place to address these issues.
