Casa di Lusso is a purpose-built 90-bedded care home specialising in dementia care, organised across eight units named after Italian landmarks: Colosseum, Tuscany, Positano, Pantheon, Pisa, Trevi, Vesuvius and Pompeii. At inspection, 81 people were living at the home. The service had implemented effective measures to minimise risks, including safeguards against falls from height. Staff were aware of and consistently following control measures in place, with additional checks implemented to mitigate known risks. Staff demonstrated learning from previous incidents, showing a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
