The Pines

The Pines is a residential care home supporting up to 12 adults of all ages with learning disabilities and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a strong learning culture, safe medicines management, enough skilled staff, and an environment being refurbished to meet people's needs well.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, involved in decisions about their care, and supported to access their community and maintain family relationships. People and relatives spoke positively about the care and staff, though feedback on communication with families and support around healthy eating was mixed, despite records showing these were monitored appropriately.
