Crossways

Crossways provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Six people were living at the service during the inspection. The staff team worked to enable residents to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. The service focused on helping people achieve the best possible outcomes while supporting them to participate actively in their daily lives and communities.
