St Bridgets Care Centre is registered to provide personal care to up to 12 people. Nursing care is not provided. At the time of assessment, the home was supporting 8 people, including people living with dementia. The assessment took place between 21 October 2024 and 25 October 2024. We visited the service on 21 October 2024. During this assessment we inspected quality statements under the key questions of safe, responsive and well-led to check the provider had followed their action plan to make improvements following our previous inspection. We found the service had made improvements and the provider was no longer in breach of regulations. The rating has changed from requires improvement (published September 2022) to good.
