Talbot View provides residential care for up to 59 older adults, including people living with dementia, with 56 people using the service at the time of assessment. The CQC found the home was performing well, with clear risk assessments in place for people's care needs and staff who understood safeguarding procedures and how to raise concerns.

Recruitment was safe, staffing levels met people's needs, and staff received thorough induction, training and supervision. People and their relatives spoke positively about the care, describing staff as kind and skilled, and praised the registered manager's approachability. Overall, the service was rated good.
