Inspectors found people felt safe, well cared for and able to approach staff for help. Residents were supported to settle in, keep their independence, and access healthcare when needed. Staffing levels were considered sufficient, medicines were managed appropriately, and people enjoyed meals, friendships and varied activities suited to their interests.
