Amber View Care Home

Amber View provides personal care and accommodation for up to 22 people, including younger and older individuals living with dementia, those with mental health needs, and people with physical disabilities. At inspection, 19 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that medicines were not consistently stored safely, though a robust system ensured people received their prescribed medication. Staff were not consistently following current infection prevention and control guidance, though the service remained clean and well-maintained. The provider had not consistently sought consent to care in line with legal requirements.
