The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage provides residential care and personal support for up to 16 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 13 people were using the service.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe and expressed positive views about their care. However, inspectors identified gaps in how risks to people's health and wellbeing were managed. Infection prevention and control practices were not consistently implemented, and medicines were not always handled safely, raising concerns about people's overall safety and wellbeing at the home.
