Inspectors found a breach relating to governance, with audits failing to catch gaps in risk assessments, mental capacity checks and medicines administration. Staffing levels were not always sufficient to meet people's needs safely. Despite this, people and relatives told inspectors they felt safe and well cared for, and described the home as homely.
