Inspectors found a motivated, kind staff team who knew people well and involved them in decisions about their care. People enjoyed varied, meaningful activities linked to their interests and local community, and care plans clearly reflected individual needs. Leaders had sustained earlier improvements and fostered a culture of continuous learning.
