The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage is a residential care home supporting adults of all ages, including people living with dementia and those with sensory or physical disabilities. At the time of the assessment, 23 people lived there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, with an Outstanding rating for how caring it is.

Inspectors found a motivated, kind staff team who knew people well and involved them in decisions about their care. People enjoyed varied, meaningful activities linked to their interests and local community, and care plans clearly reflected individual needs. Leaders had sustained earlier improvements and fostered a culture of continuous learning.
