The management team, in place since March 2022, has implemented a programme of improvements across the service. Care planning and risk assessments are clear and comprehensive, updated promptly when people's needs change.

Staff have sufficient numbers to provide timely care, and medicines are managed safely with proper monitoring and administration procedures in place.

The service maintains high cleanliness standards with appropriate infection control procedures, including measures for COVID-19. The management has addressed previous areas for improvement identified by Norfolk County Council, including enhancements to care planning, management processes, and the mealtime experience, with further developments continuing.
