About Manor House

Manor House is a residential care home in Norfolk, providing personal care for older people, including some living with dementia. Details of its most recent CQC inspection are set out below.

Manor House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 47 people aged 65 and over, some of whom live with dementia. At inspection, 36 people were residing there. The service comprises two units: Manor Lodge, a purpose-built extension, and the older Manor House building.

Bedrooms are distributed across both floors with lift access, while communal areas including lounges and dining rooms are situated on the ground floor.

People and their relatives felt safe using the service. There were sufficient trained and competent staff to meet residents' needs, with risks properly assessed and managed to prevent harm. People received their medicines as prescribed, and the home had appropriate processes in place for managing incidents such as accidents.
