The Mount & Severn View

The Mount & Severn View accommodates up to 58 people across two units within one adapted building, providing personal and nursing care to older people and younger adults, some living with dementia or with physical disabilities. At inspection there were 43 people using the service.

Staff assessed risks to people and maintained plans to mitigate them, following best practice in infection control and prevention. People received medicines when needed from trained and competent staff. Residents felt safe living at the home and with the staff who supported them.
