About Maesbrook Nursing Home
Maesbrook Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 45 people, including older adults, those living with dementia, people with physical disabilities or sensory impairments, and occasionally younger adults. At inspection, 44 people were using the service. The home spans three floors with bedrooms, a large communal lounge, dining room, and outdoor access.
Inspectors found that staffing levels were insufficient to consistently meet people's needs in a timely manner. While recruitment plans were in place, feedback indicated ongoing challenges with having adequate staff available to support residents properly.
