Ottley House

Ottley House provides residential care and support for older people. Inspectors visited after concerns were raised about safeguarding, and found the home performing well overall. Managers investigated incidents thoroughly, staff were well trained and there were enough of them, and medicines were managed safely.

The environment was clean, well-maintained and suited people's needs.

People and their relatives spoke positively about the care they received, feeling safe, listened to and treated with dignity. Leaders were visible and supportive, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. The CQC rated the home Good overall, with all key areas assessed as Good.
