The Manor

The Manor provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 86 people across three units: Hestercombe on the ground floor caters to older people, while Victoria and Vivary on the first floor serve older people and working-age adults with nursing care needs. At the time of inspection, 49 people were residing at the service, including six in short-term respite stays.

People were mostly positive about the care and support they received. However, inspectors received mixed feedback about staffing levels, particularly from residents living on the Hestercombe unit.
