The Manor House

The Manor House provides personal and nursing care for up to 25 adults over the age of 18, with 23 residents living there at the time of inspection. People, staff and relatives spoke positively about the registered manager, describing a visible presence throughout the home who undertook regular checks to ensure smooth operations. Residents and their families felt comfortable reporting concerns and were invited to express their views and opinions in various ways. People told inspectors they felt listened to by the management and staff.
