Parklands Care Home provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 10 younger adults aged 18 to 65 with primarily mental health care needs. At the time of inspection, nine people were in residence supported by nurses, support workers and ancillary staff.

Staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to respond to suspected abuse. People's safety was maintained and risks were well-managed. Medicines were administered safely by qualified nurses with appropriate oversight in place.
