The Limes Residential Home

The Limes accommodates up to 32 older people in a converted period property adapted to meet their needs. At inspection, 23 residents were living at the service. Residents consistently praised the staff as respectful, kind, and caring, with staff going out of their way to provide person-centred support. Inspectors observed a warm, happy, and positive atmosphere throughout the home, with staff demonstrating genuine respect, patience, and understanding when supporting people. The providers, management team, and staff demonstrated a clear passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
