The Lilacs Residential Home

The Lilacs Residential Home accommodates up to 29 people, including those living with dementia, in a large house with individual bedrooms, communal spaces, and access to an enclosed garden. At the time of inspection, 20 residents were living at the service.

The registered manager has implemented safe visiting practices, requiring visitors and professionals to provide evidence of negative lateral flow tests, recent PCR results, or COVID-19 vaccination passes before entry. These measures help protect the residents and staff at the home.
