The provider has introduced measures to support family visiting, with all visits pre-booked and requiring negative COVID-19 test results. Staff have access to adequate Personal Protective Equipment with appropriate training on safe use and disposal.
The service organises regular COVID-19 testing for residents, staff and visitors, and only accepts new admissions following pre-arranged negative test results.
