OSJCT Chestnut Court

OSJCT Chestnut Court is a residential and nursing care home providing care for up to 80 older people and people living with dementia across four households. At the time of inspection, 57 people were living at the home or receiving respite care. One household had recently become a dedicated assessment unit supporting local clinical commissioning groups' winter and COVID-19 initiatives, with three people receiving support there at the time of the inspection.

The service had clear infection control processes in place and maintained cleanliness throughout. Staff wore appropriate personal protective equipment in line with infection control procedures.
