Brunswick House Nursing Home

Brunswick House provides personal and nursing care to a maximum of 46 older people, some of whom live with dementia. At inspection, 41 people were using the service, accommodated in an extended adapted building.

The provider had made improvements following the previous inspection and demonstrated effective quality monitoring processes. Management of care records had improved significantly. The newly appointed manager, who took the role six weeks before the inspection, had been involved in the improvement program and was well-positioned to continue driving standards forward.
