The Lawn Residential Care Home

The Lawn Residential Care Home provides personal care to up to 31 people, including older people and younger adults, some of whom may be living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 18 people were using the service.

People were happy with the care they received, describing it as "very good" and noting the friendly atmosphere. The home had made improvements in managing medicines following previous inspections, with evidence of ongoing progress. However, not all required medicines information had been fully embedded into residents' medicines care planning and assessments.
