About Cloverdale

Cloverdale is a residential care home in Hampshire, providing accommodation and support for adults with a learning disability. Further details from the CQC's most recent inspection are set out below.

Cloverdale is a residential care home providing accommodation and support for up to four people with a learning disability, some of whom also have a physical health condition. The CQC rated the service good overall, a change from the previous outstanding rating, following an assessment prompted by concerns from the public and other stakeholders.

Inspectors found medicines were managed safely and staff knew people well, supported by regular supervision and meetings. Safeguarding concerns had been properly investigated. However, some support plans needed updating, staff sign-offs on care needs were incomplete, and a shortage of drivers had limited people's access to the community, though leaders were addressing this.
