People using the service reported feeling happy and safe at Borovere. Relatives confirmed their loved ones felt safe and praised the home's cleanliness and maintenance. Inspectors found the provider ensured people were supported safely with sufficient numbers of suitable, motivated staff.
Some recruitment files lacked complete safe recruitment checks at the time of inspection, though the provider took immediate action to address this.
