The CQC found the service continues to be rated Good overall. Inspectors found people were supported in a safe, clean and well maintained environment, with medicines managed safely following earlier improvements to staff training.

Care plans were personalised and developed with people and their families, reflecting individual needs and preferences. Staff were described as kind and caring, supporting people to build relationships and take part in community activities such as bowling. Inspectors found a positive workplace culture, with effective systems for monitoring quality and driving improvement.
