The Knoll

The Knoll is a care home providing personal care to people with a learning disability and autism, mental health needs or physical disabilities, supporting seven people at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were safe, supported by enough suitably recruited staff, and cared for with dignity and respect.

Inspectors found care was person-centred, with people encouraged to remain independent and engage with their local community. People spoke positively about staff and felt safe, and leaders were found to promote an inclusive, empowering culture with good oversight of care and treatment.
