The Hollies

The Hollies provides personal care for up to 21 people with learning disabilities or mental health needs. At the time of inspection, all 21 residents were living in the home.

The service demonstrated good infection control practices. Visitors were screened for COVID-19 symptoms and answered set questions before visits. Staff followed personal protective equipment guidance, with residents wearing masks when accessing the community and sanitising their hands upon returning to the home.
