The service demonstrates effective risk management, with lessons learned from accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.

The registered manager and staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities, and medicines are administered safely. Staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' needs, with appropriately trained and supported staff. The provider maintains effective recruitment and selection procedures.
