About The Haven Care Home

The Haven Residential Care home provides accommodation and personal care to up to 29 people, primarily older adults, some living with dementia. At inspection, 26 people were using the service.

People living at the home are kept safe through systems and processes designed to safeguard them from abuse. Risks to safety are well managed, and staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' needs. Medicines are managed safely, and staff follow infection prevention practices including COVID-19 government guidance.
