Beckfield House Residential Home provides residential care for up to 27 older adults, including some living with dementia. The CQC found a warm, homely atmosphere where staff knew people well, offered a good range of activities, and supported healthy eating and links with the local community. People and families spoke positively, saying they felt safe and listened to.

However, the CQC rated the home Requires Improvement overall. Inspectors found breaches relating to safe medicines management and incomplete care records, and found the provider's own quality monitoring had not identified these issues. Improvements were made in response to feedback, but shortfalls in safety and governance remain a concern.
