The Hamptons Retirement Home provides personal care to up to 30 people across two floors, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 27 people were using the service. Residents reported feeling safe at the home, and staff demonstrated awareness of their responsibilities to report concerns about care and safety. Staff monitored people's weights and made timely referrals to appropriate agencies when needed.

The home's management processes required some improvement. Daily environmental checks had not consistently identified risks such as wet flooring, and processes for reordering medicines and food supplements needed review to prevent over-stocking. Staffing levels were adequate at the time of inspection, and care plans and risk assessments were being maintained and reviewed.
