Hampton House provides accommodation and nursing or personal care for up to 37 older people in a single adapted building with communal areas and a secure garden. At inspection, 32 people were using the service, each with their own en-suite bathroom facilities.

Residents reported feeling safe and well-supported by staff who knew them well and understood their individual needs. People were actively involved in planning and managing their own care, with staff working to promote their independence and support them in managing their own medicines where appropriate. Residents enjoyed an active and engaging life with access to a range of activities and events.
