Ravenswood House

Ravenswood House provides residential care, support and accommodation for up to ten adults with learning disabilities, with nine residents at the time of inspection. The home has implemented several positive practices to support its residents and staff. A summer house was being improved to facilitate visits for people living there. Staff received guidance and training on working safely during the pandemic and reported feeling well supported by the registered manager. The home ensured staff and residents were tested for COVID-19 in accordance with national guidance and provided training in the use of Personal Protective Equipment. Throughout the pandemic, the home prioritised people's well-being and continued to support their needs.
