Residents reported feeling safe with staff readily available when needed, and relatives confirmed their loved ones were safe and well cared for.

The home maintained adequate staffing levels to respond to people's needs and had robust arrangements for safe medicine management, with residents receiving appropriate support to take their medications.

The service had processes in place to manage risks and safeguard people from abuse. Residents and their relatives spoke positively about the home's management, describing the registered manager as visible and approachable.
