The Green Care Home with Nursing, Dronfield

The Green Care Home with Nursing provides personal and nursing care for up to 41 older people, with 33 residents accommodated at inspection including 12 receiving nursing care. Accommodation is arranged over two floors in one adapted building, with individual bedrooms and communal living facilities on each floor, along with specialist bathing facilities.

People were protected from the risk of harm or abuse through the provider's risk management, staff recruitment and safeguarding arrangements. Health incidents and near misses were routinely monitored and analysed to help inform and improve care delivery.
