The George Brooker Care Society Limited

George Brooker House provides accommodation for up to 44 adults, including people who may have dementia. At the time of inspection, 42 people were living at the service.

The service follows current guidance on visitors to care homes with a designated garden area for relatives to visit. People are supported to see and speak with relatives through video calls using tablets or smartphones. Visiting health care professionals must declare if they have symptoms of illness before entering the building. Staff are responsive to people's needs and demonstrate compassion and kindness in their interactions, as reflected in positive feedback from residents and families.
