The service provides residential care and personal care to up to 6 older people and people living with dementia, currently supporting 2 residents in an ordinary house in a residential street. Inspectors found that risks to people were not always adequately assessed, and the provider lacked effective systems to mitigate the risk of financial abuse. Care plans were not comprehensive, failing to cover equality and diversity needs or end of life care provisions. While quality assurance systems existed, they were not consistently effective. Records of staff supervision were not maintained, which inspectors recommended should be addressed.
