Residents reported being happy with their care and felt that staff knew them well and met their needs. However, inspectors identified significant safety concerns. The home lacked robust systems and processes to ensure safe care and treatment, placing people at risk of harm. Staff did not have clear procedures for reporting incidents of actual or potential harm, and reportable incidents had not always been appropriately referred to the local authority safeguarding team.
