Lavender House Care Home

Lavender House Care Home provides personal care to up to 22 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 17 people were using the service. The accommodation spans two floors, accessible via stairs or a stairlift, and includes a secure garden for residents.

Several areas required improvement. Medicine management arrangements did not reflect best practice, and some fire safety records had not been completed consistently. Additionally, not all mobility equipment was in good working order. The home's leadership and governance also needed strengthening, including improvements to auditing processes.
