Netley Court

Netley Court is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 70 people, currently supporting 51 residents. The service cares for older people, those with physical disabilities or sensory impairments, and people living with dementia. The three-floor, purpose-built facility normally provides specialist dementia care on the upper floor, though this area was undergoing refurbishment at the time of inspection with residents temporarily relocated to other floors.

People and their relatives felt the service was safe. Staff engaged in regular training to maintain skills and knowledge in safeguarding and other key areas. Risks were assessed and equipment throughout the premises was maintained to ensure resident safety.
