The Gables

Inspectors found people were kept safe, supported by trained staff, and helped to maintain independence and dignity. Medicines were managed safely and staffing levels were sufficient. People and relatives described staff as kind, professional and communicative, though the CQC noted leaders were still improving some clinical documentation and care recording, with new auditing systems being introduced to strengthen oversight.
