Woodlands Gate Rest Home

Woodlands Gate provides personal care and accommodation to older people, some living with dementia. The home houses 17 residents across two floors with three lounges, a dining room, and a large garden. The service recently transitioned from paper records to a digital system, which has freed up staff time to organise activities including a garden fete, doll therapy, and music sessions. Residents enjoy engaging in political debates with staff about current events, including discussions about the pandemic and government responses.
