The Croft

The Croft provides personal care to three people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, or mental health conditions. The home can support up to six adults in single occupancy bedrooms with ensuite facilities and communal spaces. Staff understand safeguarding procedures and follow correct protocols for managing medication safely. The registered manager maintains a safe environment and regularly checks on people's experiences at the home, with consistently positive feedback from residents.

However, the provider does not always ensure adequate protection through recruitment practices and does not consistently ensure staff are well-rested. While the home has extensive policies and procedures in place, these are not always tailored to the service's specific needs.
