The Chiswick Nursing Centre

Chiswick Nursing Centre provides personal and nursing care to up to 146 people, including older people, people living with dementia, and younger people with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, there were 139 residents using the service.

Residents reported feeling safe and well respected by staff. One family member said, "I'm very pleased with the home, the staff are absolutely lovely." The home had implemented improvements to its medicines management processes, which now operated safely. The service maintained suitable risk management systems to protect people from avoidable harm, and staff understood their responsibilities for reporting suspected abuse.
