The Chase Rest Home

The Chase Rest Home accommodates up to 24 people, including those living with dementia and other mental health needs. At the time of inspection, 19 people were residing at the service. The manager has worked to make improvements since the last inspection, initially focusing on high-risk areas and developing care plans and documentation. The manager recognizes that further work is required to meet all regulations but has undertaken positive work to improve the service. Feedback from people, relatives and staff was positive.
