The Chase Rest Home is a residential care home set in the county of East Sussex, offering families a familiar and comforting place to turn when looking for support for a loved one. The manager has worked to make improvements since the last inspection, initially focusing on high-risk areas and developing care plans and documentation.
The manager recognizes that further work is required to meet all regulations but has undertaken positive work to improve the service. Feedback from people, relatives and staff was positive.
