Hartfield House Rest Home

Hartfield House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 20 older people in one adapted building, with 19 residents at the time of inspection. Residents have a range of needs associated with old age and health conditions, with some living with early stages of dementia. Inspectors found that improvements had been made since the previous inspection in May 2017, particularly in managing risks associated with residents' complex health needs and in ensuring daily notes and other documentation were consistently completed.
